HANDLING:
Keep frozen until use. Defrost only enough for two days at a time and store in the fridge. Wash hands and clean surfaces thoroughly after handling raw meat.

Big-block option: roughly 80x80mm; hand-cut sizes vary.
Order cutoff is Saturday 11 pm. Delivery timing depends on your address and route. Check the delivery schedule before ordering.

25 kg Bulk Option

The 25 kg bulk pack is available from the size selector. Supplied in approximately 1 kg hand-cut blocks; individual block sizes vary.

Small Cube Options

Choose an option labelled “Small Cubes 40x40mm” for the smaller block format. Available pack weights and prices are shown in the size selector.
