•Southern North Island - 8weekly -  COMING SOON.Â
•Whole Auckland Region - weekly.Â
•Auckland pick up by prior arrangement and prior ordering with above order by - weekly.Â
•Waikato - weekly.Â
We offer FREE delivery (Conditions Apply) of our products to most Auckland areas, also extending down to Hamilton and many parts of the Waikato.Â
There is a small delivery charge for delivery locations in outer / rural locations in Auckland / Waikato based on your post code.Â
We can also deliver to your place of employment in these areas.Â
Delivery Days (unless otherwise specified)
- WAIKATO - Delivered weekly Wednesday
- CENTRAL / WEST AUCKLAND - Delivered weekly Thursday
- EAST / SOUTH AUCKLAND - Delivered weekly Friday
- Pickups available from a Royal Oak location - by prior arrangement ONLY.Â
Your order must be in by 11pm Saturday night for a following week delivery. If you order after this cut off time, your order will be added to the following weeks delivery schedule.
HOW DELIVERY WORKS ...
You will receive a reminder text informing you of your delivery day prior.Â
Your order is made to order, delivered in our freezer truck.Â
We ask that you leave out a chiller bin for us to put your order in at the designated drop off point.Â
We urge you to get this put away as soon as possible.Â
DELIVERT RULES TO KEEP OUR DRIVERS SAFE:
- We will not enter a property if your pet is freely roaming unless you are onsite too.Â
- We will not come down a long narrow driveway with our truck, if it could do damage to our vehicle or delivery driver.Â
- We will not place product for you in your freezer / home without you present - this is a liability issue.Â
- Product will be left in a place that makes sense to our delivery driver in regards to these rules.Â
- Once your order has been delivered you will receive a phone call or text message confirming delivery.
We do our absolute best to be as accommodating as possible with our customers, these procedures are designed to keep our staff and your pet safe (your pooch is only doing its job protecting your property, but that doesn't mean our driver should get attacked trying to deliver our product).
