Delivery

K9 Cuisine offers scheduled personal delivery and frozen-food courier services to eligible North Island addresses. Availability, charges and timing depend on your address.

Order deadlines and delivery dates

For weekly and fortnightly services, order by Saturday 11 pm New Zealand time before your delivery week. North and South out-of-town runs have earlier deadlines, approximately two weeks before the run: confirm the exact date before ordering. Late orders are not guaranteed a place on the next run.

Read our delivery schedule and contact us if your next delivery date is unclear. A courier dispatch day is not a guaranteed arrival day.

Personal delivery

Auckland routes include weekly services and alternating fortnightly Kumeū/Silverdale routes. Hamilton-area and Waiuku services follow their scheduled runs. North and South runs are generally planned around a six-week cycle, with dates subject to change. We deliver only to addresses on our routes; a town or regional name does not guarantee coverage.

Free delivery

Orders over $150 qualify for free personal delivery to eligible Auckland and Hamilton addresses. This does not mean all courier deliveries or all North Island addresses are free. Check the service and charge shown at checkout.

Frozen-food couriers

Courier services are available to eligible non-rural North Island addresses. Rates depend on the applicable zone, order weight and selected service, including any optional delivery cover. The amount is shown at checkout. Rural courier delivery is not offered through the listed K9 courier services.

Receiving your order

Personal-delivery information is sent by text. Delivery times vary and are not appointment times. Leave an accessible chilly bin at your agreed drop-off point, keep pets secured and move frozen food to your freezer promptly. Contact us first if you need delivery to a workplace.
