HANDLING:
Keep frozen until use. Defrost only enough for two days at a time and store in the fridge. Wash hands and clean surfaces thoroughly after handling raw meat.

Block size is 80x80mm & smaller, roughly cut by hand.

Orders need to be in before 11:30pm Saturday evening to guarantee delivery the following week.
